Jag är så glad och stolt för nu växer den första gurkan på sin ställning.

Such a perfect cucumber – looks fresh and crunchy and tasty. It seems you’re going to have a generous crop, lots of flowers there.
Do you have any pests that bother especially vegetables? Do you have to use pesticide?
Thank you! 🙂 We do have some pests but this year I haven’t seen anything yet. Usually we have whiteflies that bother the tomato-plants and some other black bugs that killed the cucumber and the cilantro last year. I don’t use any pesticides, all I use is a natural herb called Neem that is used for all kinds of remedies including skincare, insect repellent and as a natural pesticide. It is completely toxic free and I love it. Even works to scare the neighborhood cats away since they like to dig where my lettuce is growing.
Åh så kul, grattis!
Oh yes, whiteflies… they come every year to my garden too to have their share of tomatoes 🙂
I don’t do pesticides either, just some pine soap (talltvållösning) watered down. That’s quite magical product (like Neem), I actually wash our carpets with it. I’m sure it would have effect on cats too…
